Job summary

Ascendion is looking for a Mid-Level Quality Engineer to join our software testing team in the Philippines. The role involves manual and automation testing across web, mobile, and API applications, with emphasis on end-to-end workflows and release readiness.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of QA experience, hands-on with Selenium and Appium, and familiarity with Postman, BrowserStack, and CI/CD tools. Strong collaboration and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Experience in manual and automation testing for web and/or mobile apps.
• Hands-on with Selenium and/or Appium.
• Experience using Postman for API testing.
• Familiarity with BrowserStack for cross-browser and cross-device testing.
• Exposure to UiPath is an advantage.
• Experience with test management and CI/CD tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of mobile testing, device matrix validation, regression testing, and system integration testing.
• Experience supporting UAT, web testing, API testing, and defect management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automation testing for web, mobile, and API applications.
