Job summary

Jade Solutions and Management Services is seeking a Test Engineer to join our semiconductor team. The role focuses on supporting manufacturing processes through equipment testing, validation, and solving problems to ensure quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and knowledge of SPC/FMEA/DOE, with hands-on data collection and report preparation skills. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, and exposure to automation systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline; experience in head technology or semiconductor industry is an advantage.

• Foundational understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment upkeep, and repair.
• Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE, QC tools, and structured problem‑solving methods.
• Proficient in data collection, analysis, and preparation of technical reports.

• Experience using JMP software for data analysis is advantageous.
