Job summary

ams OSRAM in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Test Product Engineer to drive root-cause analysis and optimize test processes for better yield, throughput, uptime, and cost of test. You will analyze data and trends, define standards, and support NPI activities including test readiness and production ramp.

You will mentor junior and mid-level engineers, act as a technical escalation point for manufacturing issues, and provide documentation to support audits and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 Years Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing in a Test Product engineering role or equivalent position
• Experience on both Final Test and Wafer Sort test processes, LTX X-Series and DiamondX testers
• Knowledgeable in Digital and Mixed Signal test Methodologies
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt , 8D, FMEA is an advantage
