Pricon Microelecronics Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead policy development and supervise workforce performance in our manufacturing environment.
You will oversee New Product Development, product qualification, and model series compliance, validating internal calibration and performing IATF/VDA audits. Strong analytical skills and English fluency are essential.
Responsible for crafting and implementing policies that prioritize products, services and processes, supervising and evaluating the performances of the workforce and creating standards and procedures.
Handle New Product Development, Product Qualification, New Model Series and specific requirements set by customer.
Validates and approves Internal Calibration (Linear, Pressure and Electrical).
Performs Integrated Manufacturing Process Audit using IATF and VDA Checklist.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
Review, analyze and initiate actions to all quality performance data received and recommend process and systems improvement if found necessary.
Performs validation of 4M Change / Engineering Change.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional quality improvement projects
What we're looking forBachelor's degree in engineering (Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent professional qualification
Has professional experience in quality assurance and control within manufacturing environments, preferably in microelectronics, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing
Extensive knowledge of quality management systems including ISO 9001, IPC standards, and industry-specific quality requirements
Proven expertise in statistical process control, design of experiments (DOE), and quality tools such as Six Sigma, SPC, and FMEA
Strong understanding of microelectronic component testing, inspection methodologies, and failure analysis techniques
Experience managing supplier quality programs and conducting vendor audits
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues
Proficiency with quality management software and data analysis tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Experience leading quality improvement projects and change management initiatives
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
