Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Test Equipment Engineer in the Philippines to support machine installation, ramp up, and ongoing equipment documentation. The role emphasizes data-driven improvements and maintenance of SPEA machines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
• 5 years of relevant experience as Test Equipment Engineering in semiconductor industry.
• Good presentation skills.
• Can work independently and be flexible to learn across manufacturing areas.
• Can do basic machine programming.

Responsibilities

• Machine installation and ramp up.
• Creation and maintenance of Equipment Documents such as FMEA, PM Work Instruction, Machine Work Instruction.
• OEE improvement and Stability.
• MTBI (Mean Time Before Assist) Analysis and Improvement.
• Spare parts enrollment and maintenance.
• Preferably has a very good knowledge of SPEA Machines.
• Handler Jam and MUBA data gathering and monitoring.
• Monitoring of Site Parallelism.
