• Conduct inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions.
• Provide 24×7 first‑level support for troubleshooting equipment processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Support machine installations, software deployment, and new product introductions.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform regular assembly (fabrication, phone jigs), test (SW, ESD & instrumentation calibration) and preventive maintenance of company equipment including 5S, lubrication, UAT, etc. Follow standard practices and procedures such as those defined in the PM specification, calibration specification, WI, JA, FMEA, OCAP and others.
• Perform regular inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs, and replacements. Monitor equipment performance such as overall equipment efficiency, UPH, availability and yield, and ensure machine input parameters work within defined specifications.
• Provide 24×7 first‑level support to troubleshoot equipment processes, solving simple problems within area of responsibility and executing OCAP.
• Maintain the machine and area of responsibility clean, safe, and organized. Perform scrap disposal including sorting and documentation.
• Conduct offline repairs for usable parts.
• Provide OQE updates on general status of machine, activities, spares, etc.
• Coordinate with internal customers in OQE and fabrication shop for critical requirements.
• Support machine installations, new software deployment, new product introduction requiring jigs/toolings and other critical initiatives.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
