Job summary

Questronix Corporation is seeking a QA Tester to analyze requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and cases. The role covers functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing across the SDLC.

The candidate will develop test plans, data, scripts, and execution reports, identify defects, and collaborate with developers and analysts to resolve issues in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, test scenarios, test data, and defect reports.
• Familiarity with defect-management and test-management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements reviews, test planning sessions, sprint ceremonies, and project quality activities.
• Validate application functionality, business rules, data integrity, system integration, and end-to-end processes.
• Prepare test status reports, defect summaries, test completion reports, and other QA documentation.
• Ensure testing activities comply with established quality standards, SDLC processes, and client requirements.
