Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Test Case Creation – prepare comprehensive test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Functional & UAT Testing – end-to-end testing of web apps, mobile apps, Back Office systems, APIs.
• Regression Testing – validate that new deployments do not break existing functionality.
• Integration Testing – test integrations between internal systems and third-party services.
• Bug Identification & Reporting – document defects with steps, expected vs. actual results.
• Defect Tracking & Retesting – monitor defect progress and validate fixes.
• Production Validation – perform post-deployment checks to ensure readiness.
• Issue Investigation & Root Cause Coordination – coordinate with teams to identify root causes.
• Test Documentation & Reporting – maintain testing docs, results, and status reports.
• Cross-Team Coordination – work with Developers, Product, Operations, and Payment Teams.
• Release & Go-Live Support – support deployments and migrations with pre/post-validation.

• Test Planning & Test Case Creation – Able to prepare comprehensive test scenarios, testcases, and acceptance criteria based on business and system requirements.
• Functional & UAT Testing – Able to perform end-to-end testing of web applications, mobileapplications, Back Office systems, APIs/integrations, and newly developed features.
• Regression Testing – Able to validate that new deployments, enhancements, and bug fixes donot negatively impact existing functionality.
• Integration Testing – Able to test and validate integrations between internal systems, paymentproviders, third-party services, APIs, and other platforms.
• Bug Identification & Reporting – Able to identify, reproduce, and properly document defects,including reproduction steps, expected and actual results, and supportingevidence.
• Defect Tracking & Retesting – Able to coordinate with developers and vendors, monitordefect progress, validate fixes, and perform retesting before ticket closure.
• Production Validation – Able to conduct post-deployment and production checks to confirmthat released features and integrations are functioning correctly.
• Issue Investigation & Root Cause Coordination – Able to investigate reported system issuesand transaction discrepancies, gather supporting evidence, and coordinate withrelevant teams for root cause identification and resolution.
• Test Documentation & Reporting – Able to maintain clear testing documentation, UAT results,defect reports, testing progress, and system readiness/status reports.
• Cross-Team Coordination – Must be comfortable coordinating with Developers,Product/Business Teams, Operations, Customer Service, Payment Teams, andexternal/third-party providers.
• Release & Go-Live Support – Able to support deployments, application releases, systemmigrations, and go-live activities, including pre- and post-deployment validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 1–2 years of experience in software QA/testing; or equivalent
  
• Knowledge of software testing principles and QA processes
  
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  
• Ability to create and execute test cases and test scenarios.
  
• Familiarity with defect/bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
