PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of real estate sales professionals in the Philippines.

The role focuses on building a productive sales team, developing client and corporate networks, implementing sales strategies, and driving property sales performance. You will recruit, onboard, train, and coach salespersons, monitor performance, and push for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, or Business Administration.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Strong corporate sales network is a must.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a minimum of five salespersons in promoting PHirst Park Homes developments.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and motivate salespersons to achieve targets.
• Generate sales opportunities through personal and corporate networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, corporate partners, and local organizations.
• Guide and support salespersons in lead generation, client presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closing.
• Monitor performance and provide regular coaching and direction.
• Conduct team meetings, sales briefings, and business development activities.
• Identify new market opportunities and initiatives to increase property sales.
• Stay updated on PHirst developments, pricing, promotions, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies, processes, and programs.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned team sales targets.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing a productive sales team, developing client and corporate networks, implementing sales strategies, and driving property sales performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a minimum of five (5) salespersons in promoting PHirst Park Homes developments.


• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and motivate salespersons to achieve their targets.


• Generate sales opportunities through personal, corporate, community, and professional networks.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and local organizations.


• Guide and support salespersons in lead generation, client presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closing.


• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching and direction.


• Conduct team meetings, sales briefings, and business development activities.


• Identify new market opportunities and initiatives to increase property sales.


• Stay updated on PHirst developments, pricing, promotions, market trends, and competitor activities.


• Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies, processes, and programs.


• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned team sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree holder in, Real Estate Management (REM), Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, Business Administration, or any relevant field


• At least two (2) years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.


• Strong corporate sales network is a must.


• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team.


• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Results-oriented with strong business development and relationship-building capabilities.


• Willing to conduct field-based sales activities and client engagements.

TEAM REQUIREMENT

The Sales Manager will be expected to lead and manage a minimum team of five (5) salespersons dedicated to promoting PHirst Park Homes developments, with a strong focus on local market penetration and client acquisition.
