You will connect overseas Filipino communities and international buyers with quality homes and investment opportunities, manage leads, engage clients across channels, and guide them through the purchase journey with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Interest in sales, real estate, client service, or international markets.
• Confident, coachable, organized, and able to initiate conversations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, and sales follow-through for assigned international territories.
• Connect with prospective buyers through digital channels, calls, virtual meetings, events, and referral networks.
• Explain PHirst Park Homes projects, payment options, buyer requirements, and the purchase journey clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate prospect records, activity updates, and client follow-ups in the assigned sales tools.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, marketing teams, brokers, and internal partners to move qualified buyers toward reservation and purchase.
• Participate in sales training, product briefings, role-plays, and continuous capability development.
• Represent PHirst Park Homes with professionalism, responsiveness, integrity, and strong customer care.
