Job summary

Brew Master International Incorporated is seeking a Territory Development Supervisor to lead sales development within a defined market and drive distributor routing, sales plans, and distribution execution in coordination with finance, logistics, and HR.

You will supervise field teams, monitor KPIs, coach staff, and ensure programs are implemented across the territory while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
• 3–5 years of solid sales experience in FMCG.
• Knowledge of sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management.
• Holder of Professional Driver’s License with a Restriction Code A, A1, B, B1, and B2.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory.
• Configure routes and itineraries aligned with sales objectives.
• Review reports and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure full implementation of marketing programs.
• Supervise field operations and validate transactions.
