Job summary

CiD Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sales Territory Representative to acquire, develop, and manage client accounts across assigned territories. You will drive revenue growth, ensure compliance with standards, and align with client policies and SLAs.

You will proactively pursue opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing client satisfaction. Strong communication and field-sales readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and can work independently.
• Willing to do fieldwork & client visits.
• Sales experience is an advantage (not required).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new contracts and expand existing client relationships.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and negotiate contract terms.
• Collaborate closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development of marketing and sales collateral to support the promotion of the company's products and services.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay informed about market trends and build a strong professional network.
