Job summary

Qoala is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to drive sales across assigned stores in Metro Manila. You will oversee frontline promoters, ensure store operations run smoothly, and ensure promotions and compliance standards are met.

You will conduct regular store visits, monitor performance, coach staff, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to close execution gaps. Willingness to travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in field or retail sales.
• Experience managing promoters or frontline staff preferred.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and action-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with daily targets and performance tracking.
• Able to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Cover and manage multiple stores/malls within an assigned city.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, sales performance, and execution quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store PICs, frontline leaders (FLs), and store staff.
• Track daily and weekly store-level sales performance.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions at the store or frontline level.
• Monitor sell-out execution and ensure alignment with sales targets.
• Escalate systemic or recurring issues to Partnership Associate when necessary.
• Coordinate and manage mobile promoters across assigned stores.
• Conduct onboarding, refresher training, and on-the-job coaching for frontline staff.
• Ensure promoters understand targets, product knowledge, and selling standards.
• Address underperformance through coaching, follow-up, and clear action plans.
• Ensure all promotions are executed correctly and consistently across stores.
• Monitor promotion compliance, pricing, and in-store visibility.
• Ensure proper POP placement and merchandising standards are followed.
• Take immediate action on execution gaps found during store visits.
