Job summary

Comworks, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to drive sales for the Suki Lotto business across Bataan, Zambales and Tarlac. You will lead sales agents, Regional Distributors, and DSS partners to ensure compliant, efficient operations and sustained growth.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and field discipline with extensive travel to assigned territories and proactive performance management. A bachelor’s degree and driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Sales, or related field.
• 2–4 years of field sales, area management, or distribution management.
• Experience in FMCG, retail distribution, gaming, or franchising is an advantage.
• Experience leading field teams, distributors, or agents is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for the assigned area.
• Manage Regional Distributor activations and ensure 100% compliance with lotto regulations.
• Lead DSS partners with coaching and performance reviews to close gaps.
• Ensure field visits, timely reporting, and adherence to SLAs.
• Coordinate field rollout activities including branding and POS deployment.
• Submit performance summaries to Regional Manager on time.
