Job summary

Comworks, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to drive sales growth across La Union, Baguio Benguet and Mt. Province.

You will lead sales agents, regional distributors, and DSS partners, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth field operations. You will identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and mentor field teams to meet performance targets. The role requires strong leadership, sharp analytics, and disciplined execution, with extensive travel across the assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Sales, or related field.
• 2–4 years of field sales, area management, account management, or distribution management.
• Experience in FMCG, retail distribution, gaming, or franchising industries is an advantage.
• Experience leading field teams, distributors, or agents is strongly preferred.
• Willing to perform extensive fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and preferably own a motorcycle or vehicle.
• Willing to work flexible hours based on operational and field needs.
• High integrity, professionalism, and adherence to compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the monthly sales targets and ensure agents meet targets.
• Maintain 100% compliance with lotto regulatory requirements.
• Keep sufficient inventory and ensure end-to-end fulfillment.
• Conduct Monthly Performance Reviews with Regional Distributor partners.
• Identify operational issues and develop action plans with RD and DSS.
• Ensure DSS implements field rollout activities and on-time schedules.
• Submit DSS performance summaries to Regional Manager before deadlines.
• Perform field visits and address agent performance and retention concerns.
