Job summary

Salmon Group, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Head for Zamboanga Del Norte. The role focuses on creating profitable retailer partnerships, negotiating terms, and building a strong distributor network in a fast-growing fintech-driven company.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales leadership, 1–2 years in management, and familiarity with fintech or retail sectors. Based in the Philippines, the position requires strong English communication and strategic growth orientation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in sales leadership roles, preferably within a B2C environment.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in fintech, POS/BNPL, or retail is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies and partnership models to develop profitable commercial relationships with retailers through distribution channels, networks and individual retailers.
• Build a portfolio of retailers across categories to develop long-term and strategic business relationships.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and agreements that create sustainable, long-term value for the Company, retailers and consumers.
• Be accountable for retailer activity and engagement throughout the retailer's onboarding journey.
• Establish a proactive account management strategy to drive growth and retention by analyzing product performance and identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Provide sales data, dashboards and reports to retailers to show value added to their business.
• Hire, train, manage and mentor a team of sales/distribution staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionality with marketing, compliance, risk, data/analysis, product and technology, finance, legal and operations to achieve results.
