Job summary

Salmon Group, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Territory Sales Head to build and lead retailer partnerships across multiple categories and drive profitable growth in a fintech-enabled retail ecosystem.

The role focuses on creating strategies, negotiating terms, onboarding retailers, and collaborating with marketing, compliance, risk, data, product, and finance to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a B2C environment.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in fintech, POS/BNPL, or retail industries is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
• Must be based in Benguet, Cagayan, Ilocos Region, La Union, Pangasinan, Nueva Vizcaya, Tarlac, Batangas, Makati-Taguig, Quezon City, Rizal, Parañaque, Valenzuela, Pampanga, Ilocos Sur, Bohol, and Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies and partnership models to develop profitable commercial relationships with retailers through distribution channels, networks and individual retailers.
• Build a portfolio of retailers across a variety of categories to develop long-term and strategic business relationships.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and agreements that create sustainable, long-term value for the Company, retailers and consumers.
• Be accountable for retailer activity and engagement throughout the retailer's onboarding journey.
• Establish a proactive account management strategy to drive growth and retention by analyzing product performance, identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and implementing best practices, marketing programs and other solutions to meet retailer needs and Company's strategic objectives.
• Provide sales data, dashboards and reports to retailers to show the value add to their business.
• Hire, train, manage and mentor a team of sales/distribution staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionality with marketing, compliance, risk, data / analysis, product and technology, finance, legal and operations and other teams as appropriate to achieve desired business results.
