Job summary

Salmon Group Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a senior sales leader to drive profitable retailer partnerships for a fast-growing fintech platform. You will develop distribution networks, negotiate terms, and oversee onboarding and ongoing engagement.

You will lead a team of sales staff, collaborate with marketing, risk, data, and product teams, and use data-driven insights to identify cross-sell opportunities and improve go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in sales leadership roles, preferably in a B2C environment.
• At least 1–2 years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies and partnership models to develop profitable commercial relationships with retailers.
• Build a portfolio of retailers across categories to develop long-term relationships.
• Negotiate terms, contracts and agreements for sustainable value.
• Lead retailer onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Drive growth through data analysis, cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, and marketing programs.
• Provide sales data, dashboards and reports to retailers.
• Hire, train, and mentor a sales/distribution team.
• Collaborate with marketing, compliance, risk, data, product, finance, legal, and operations.
