Job summary

Salmon Group, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Head for Misamis Occidental to lead field sales and distributor relationships. You will manage retailer onboarding, partner negotiations, and ongoing engagement to drive revenue and market presence in the region.

Key requirements include 2–3 years in field sales or territory management, experience in fintech or related sectors, and ownership of a vehicle for field activities. Based in Oroquieta City or nearby, travel will be required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of field sales, field operations, or territory management experience.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, retail, or FMCG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies and partnership models to develop profitable commercial relationships with retailers through distribution channels, networks and retailers.
• Build a portfolio of retailers across categories to develop long-term relationships.
• Negotiate terms and agreements that create sustainable value for company, retailers and consumers.
• Manage retailer onboarding, activity and engagement.
• Drive growth and retention through data analysis, cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and marketing initiatives.
• Provide sales data, dashboards and reports to retailers.
