Job summary

Aboitiz Foods, a regionally integrated food and agribusiness company, seeks a Territory Business Manager to grow Pilmico Animal Nutrition through active selling and distributor relations. You will translate market potential into sustained growth within a defined territory and ensure credit terms comply with corporate standards.

You will drive customer relations, lead generation, and territory planning, while coordinating with service providers and ensuring timely collections and pricing

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year business-related course; Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years in a related industry or 4 years in sales.
• Experience in distribution management is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop dealer and end-user opportunities within the territory.
• Develop and implement placement and pricing strategies for the territory.
• Maintain customer relationships and support order fulfillment.
• Lead generation, negotiations, and AR collection within the territory.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers and train them on products.
