Qualifications

• Field sales experience in FMCG or related sectors.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Willing to travel daily within territory.
• Target-driven with ability to develop new accounts.
• Knowledge of basic sales reporting and collection monitoring is an advantage.
• Motorcycle with valid driver's license preferred.
• Familiarity with assigned territory is advantageous.
• Organized, trustworthy, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers regularly based on approved itinerary and route plan.
• Generate sales orders and achieve the required monthly sales quota.
• Develop new accounts, including groceries, supermarkets, retailers, HORECA establishments, pharmacies, pet shops, and other target customers.
• Present and promote the company's products and newly introduced SKUs.
• Ensure balanced selling across assigned principals/suppliers and avoid focusing only on products with higher incentives.
• Check product availability, inventory levels, pricing, display, and merchandising at customer outlets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups on pending purchase orders and customer requirements.
• Coordinate orders with the office, warehouse, and delivery team to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Monitor customer accounts, due dates, collections, and outstanding balances.
• Assist in collecting payments and securing proper supporting documents when required.
