Job summary

Geopro Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a proactive International Sales/Business Development professional in the Philippines (Pampanga/Mabalacat) to identify new opportunities and expand our international client base.

You will generate leads, conduct outreach, and present solutions through online meetings and proposals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable engaging with clients across time zones, and drive results with CRM tools and MS Office,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in business-related field
• Experience in international/B2B sales is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English, written and verbal
• Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities
• Results-driven with aptitude for meeting sales targets
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM systems
• Comfortable communicating across different countries/time zones

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities
• Generate leads through research, outbound calls, emails, social media and other channels
• Communicate with prospective and existing international clients
• Present products and services via online meetings and presentations
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales materials
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
• Negotiate pricing, terms and agreements with clients
• Aim to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and order processing
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and interactions
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities in international markets
