Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions in Cebu seeks a Sales Account Manager to strengthen key accounts within agriculture and aquaculture and drive business growth.

You will work with customers, partners, and the sales team to identify opportunities, expand existing accounts, and develop effective strategies, with travel to Manila and other locations as needed.

Relocation, housing, car and gas allowances, and sales commissions are offered to support field sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience in agriculture, aquaculture, animal feeds, agribusiness, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage customer accounts and develop long-term business relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coordinating with sales teams is an advantage.
• Results-driven with strong organizational, analytical, and relationship management skills.
• Willing to be based in Cebu and travel to Manila or other locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with key accounts, customers, and business partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and establish new business relationships.
• Coordinate with sales teams to support account management, customer coverage, and overall sales performance.
• Develop and implement account management and customer relationship strategies.
• Understand customer needs, address concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality service.
• Support sales planning, business development initiatives, and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor account performance and recommend strategies to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Build strong working relationships with distributors, stakeholders, and sales personnel across different regions.
• Travel to Manila and other locations as needed for client meetings and business activities.
