Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Territory Business Manager in the Philippines to grow Pilmico Animal Nutrition’s customer base through active selling and dealer relationships. You will translate market potential within your territory and maintain credit terms in line with company standards.

Responsibilities include market analysis, sales placement strategies, customer service, and negotiations with distributors to expand the business while supporting corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or veterinary/animal science is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related industry or 4 years of sales experience in any industry.

Responsibilities

• Market potential assessment at the territory level through dealer and end-user profiling.
• Implement placement strategies and develop pricing assumptions for the territory.
• Maintain customer relations and support order fulfillment, including credit terms within corporate standards.
• Lead negotiations with prospective customers and plan territory KRAs to grow the business.
• Participate in corporate initiatives and sales/process improvements as assigned.

Education

4-year business-related degree or Veterinary/Animal Science degree (advantage)
