Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Customer Development Executive to grow a designated territory, expand reach, and increase product usage. You will manage existing accounts, protect against fallouts, and drive growth through new product introductions and strategic in-store activities.

The role emphasizes routing efficiency, stock availability, and promoting our brands through demonstrations and promotions in local stores. Field-based with travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, HRM or equivalent.
• Has passion for food and preferably cooking skills.
• Willing to be assigned in different locations and perform field work.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned territory and expand UFS reach by developing new accounts and increasing product penetration.
• Manage existing business to prevent loss of customers and sustain growth.
• Plan routing to maximize time at point-of-sale and ensure stock availability.
• Negotiate promotions, ensure shelf space per planograms, and implement national account agreements.
• Develop territory and account plans, visit customers regularly, and demonstrate products to create demand.
