Job summary

Unilever seeks a Customer Development Executive to grow the assigned territory in Tacloban. You will expand UFS reach by developing new accounts and increasing product usage while managing existing business to avoid lost accounts and sustain growth.

You will drive business building, availability, visibility, and promotions, negotiate pricing and planogram execution, and implement national key account agreements with regular follow-up on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, HRM or equivalent.
• Has passion for food & preferably has cooking skills
• Willing to be assigned and do field work in Tacloban

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budgets in terms of sales volume/value.
• Monitor pricing and ensure correct prices at POS.
• Implement UFS selling and chefmanship skills.
