Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or Food Science/Technology.
• Active non-professional driver's license required.
• At least 1 year experience in FMCG or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develops Territory Sales and Marketing plan with market analysis and sales projections.
• Assists National Sales Manager in business planning and market expansion.
• Conducts monthly market studies on price, promotions, and distribution.
• Manages credit and collection ensuring terms are met.
• Supports distributors with sales strategies and training, including end-user contact.
