You will develop territory plans, support distributors with sales strategies, and train their teams on product knowledge and market research while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have a B.S. degree in management, business administration, marketing or food science.
• Active non-professional driver's license is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year FMCG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops territory sales and marketing plans with market and competitor insights.
• Collects payments and ensures accounts meet credit terms.
• Builds distributor relationships and trains sales personnel to drive growth.
