Job summary

McKupler Inc. is seeking a Field-Based Sales professional to own the Mindanao territory, manage trade accounts, and drive growth.

The role involves planning coverage, activating promotions at outlet level, and ensuring products are visible and stocked across retail, service, and reseller channels. You will build strong relationships with various account types, stay mobile, and take initiative to open new accounts while maintaining existing ones, contributing to a growing consumer goods footprint

Qualifications

• Business or marketing degree preferred.
• At least 2 years in field sales, trade, or consumer goods.
• Familiar with how trade channels work and able to build relationships across account types.
• Organized, mobile, and self-driven enough to own a territory without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Owns and plans coverage for assigned Mindanao territory, ensuring accounts stay active, grow, and stocked.
• Activates trade promotions at the outlet level to drive visibility and sell-through.
• Prospects and opens new trade accounts while managing and growing existing ones.
• Builds relationships across all account types to maximize company products presence and availability.
