Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in industrial or technical sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Mindanao.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the Mindanao region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Conduct regular field visits, client presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support.
• Expand market presence and promote company products/services.
