Job summary

Green Cross, Inc. is seeking a Regional Distributor Manager to drive the company’s growth in the territory by guiding assigned distributors and house accounts toward our sales targets.

You will coordinate with Customer Service, Finance, and Systems teams to implement company directions, policies, and programs. The role emphasizes business acumen, distributor management, and analytical planning to improve coverage, performance, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Experience in sales, especially General Trade and distributor management.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distributor and house accounts to implement sales policies and plans.
• Coordinate with distributors on company directions and sales objectives.
• Manage distributor operations, planning, and coverage.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, MOA, DCPS, and vendor programs.
• Evaluate and adjust distributor coverage plans.
• Monitor distributor performance and conduct reviews.
• Submit weekly reports and safeguard company assets.
• Ensure continuity of business if distributor absent.
