Job summary

Suyen Corporation’s Sales Department is seeking a Distributor Specialist to drive volume growth through third-party distributor networks, wholesalers, and institutional accounts. You will bridge corporate sales and distributors to meet targets across designated territories.

Responsibilities include managing distributors, auditing stock, planning territory sales, and collaborating on product launches; travel required to cover regional markets.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of solid experience in Account Management, Channel Sales, or Distributor Management, preferably FMCG.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and B2B client management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate, and support third-party distributors, wholesalers, and key sub-distributors to meet targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to audit distributor warehouses, monitor inventory levels, and assess on-shelf availability.
• Identify, screen, and onboard potential new distributors to expand footprint into new territories.
• Formulate territory-specific sales plans and trade promotion programs aligned with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing to execute product launches and localized promos within distributor channels.
• Negotiate distributor agreements and trading terms within pricing structures.
• Review distributor sales data to forecast demand and address performance gaps.
• Monitor accounts receivable, credit limits, and collections to ensure timely payments.
