Job summary

Shell Philippines is seeking a Terminal Operations Administrator to provide administrative and operational support for terminal activities, including dispatch coordination, inventory management, and regulatory reporting. This role offers hands-on experience in Distribution Operations within a safety-focused environment.

You will coordinate daily dispatch, monitor inventory, prepare reports, and assist with asset management and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related technical field preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities and prepare loading, delivery, and shipping docs.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory, investigate discrepancies, maintain records.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports for regulatory and internal use.
• Support reports and documentation required by regulatory authorities.
• Maintain organized site records and ensure document retention compliance.
• Assist with office and terminal administration, supplies management.
• Support Terminal Manager with contractor coordination and workforce admin.
• Contribute to safety and asset management standards across the terminal.
• Develop and implement site operating procedures for safety-critical tasks.
• Support vessel, pipeline, truck, and rail loading/unloading operations.
• Issue permits for non-routine work and ensure safe execution.
• Conduct routine inspections and support maintenance programs.
