Robinsons Land Corporation in Lipa is seeking a Tenant Relations Officer to ensure tenant compliance with lease terms and company rules. You will oversee construction progress and pre-opening requirements to ensure tenants open on schedule.

You will also manage end-of-lease turnover, including security deposits, and build strong relationships with tenants to support sales and long-term profitability during the lease period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in tenant relations, client management, or equivalent; preferably with mall management, operations, or maintenance experience.

• Ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements, memoranda of agreement, and house rules and regulations.
• Oversee construction progress and pre-opening requirements to ensure tenants can open on schedule.
• Facilitate end-of-lease turnover, including release of security deposits or refunds.

The Tenant Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring tenant compliance with lease agreements, memoranda of agreement, and the company’s house rules and regulations.

They oversee construction progress and pre-opening requirements to guarantee that tenants are able to open their stores on schedule.

At the end of the lease term, the Tenant Relations Officer facilitates a smooth egress and proper turnover of the leased space back to the company, including the routing of final accountabilities and the release of security deposits or refunds.

The Tenant Relations Officer also builds and maintains positive relationships with tenants, supporting them in achieving sales, profitability, and long-term business sustainability throughout their lease period.
