Job summary

The officer will manage end-of-lease turnover, including final accounting and security deposits, while fostering strong tenant relationships to boost sales and long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in tenant relations, client management or customer service.
• Preferably with expertise in mall management, operations, or maintenance

Responsibilities

• Ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements, memoranda of agreement, and house rules and regulations.
• Oversee construction progress and pre-opening requirements to guarantee tenants open on schedule.
• Facilitate smooth egress and turnover of leased space, including final accountabilities and release of security deposits or refunds.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to support sales, profitability and long-term sustainability during the lease period.
