We are seeking a Process Excellence Specialist on a fixed-term basis to support HR Operations transformation initiatives, ServiceNow HRSD readiness activities, and process standardization efforts. This role will provide additional capacity for the Process Excellence team during a period of increased project demand, including support for process documentation, current-state and future-state process mapping, process transition activities, project intake management, stakeholder coordination, ServiceNow readiness, and operational governance. The position will work closely with HR Operations, COEs, HRBPs and project stakeholders to ensure HR processes are documented, scalable, operationally ready, and aligned with future employee experience goals. The role independently manages assigned workstreams while working under the guidance of the Process Excellence Lead. This position is intended to provide temporary support for key transformation initiatives and resource coverage needs. This position is being established to provide temporary support for: ServiceNow HRSD process readiness and implementation activities. HR process documentation and standardization initiatives. Process transitions and operational readiness projects. Project intake, process mapping, and governance activities. Additional capacity support during critical transformation initiatives and temporary team resource constraints.
