Primary Function Sustain and optimize manufacturing processes by monitoring production, resolving process issues, and driving continuous improvement. Provide technical support to improve yield, quality, productivity, and cost performance through data-driven decision-making, process control methodologies, digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Educational Background
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related engineering disciplines from an accredited institution.
Experience
  • Entry-level: No professional experience required. Internship, academic project, or research experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, data analytics, automation, or continuous improvement is an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of process control principles, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent platforms.
  • Exposure to Power Automate, AI-enabled productivity tools, scripting, or workflow automation solutions is an advantage.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a strong interest in innovation, process optimization, and digital transformation.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sustain and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
  • Analyze process and production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Apply quality and process control methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, and OCAPs to ensure operational excellence.
  • Document and communicate process changes and improvement activities
  • Develop digital solutions, dashboards, and automated workflows using Power BI, Power Automate, AI tools, and other technologies to simplify work processes.
  • Support process development, qualifications, new product introductions, and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
