Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Philippines seeks a customer supply chain professional to coordinate supply status, demand alignment, and delivery commitments. You will proactively manage supply versus demand and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

You will collaborate with factory, planning, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, with focus on continuous process improvements and KPI optimization. This role emphasizes coaching and crisis management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers via Sales, Cust Ops and CSRs on supply status, demand alignment, and delivery commitments.
• Proactively manage and communicate supply versus demand to ensure transparency and reliable order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer expedites, pull-ins, and inquiries with clear and accurate supply updates.
• Develop and execute feasible manufacturing and delivery schedules that support customer priorities and business commitments.
• Ensure customer order due dates and transfer plans are met, while addressing risks.
• Partner with factory, planning, and cross-functional teams to drive supply chain improvements that enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor and improve customer supply experience KPIs, including on-time delivery and responsiveness to inquiries.
• Execute real-time order allocation decisions in line with planning guidelines and ensure fair treatment of customers.
• Basic Leadership skills - coaching / mentoring
• Advance Customer Service Skills - crisis/conflict management and handling of customer visits
