Job summary

Emerson in a manufacturing environment is seeking personnel to operate assembly and testing equipment, perform product assembly, and handle multiple machines across the coil and assembly shops. The role requires flexibility to rotate tasks and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Candidates should have 0–2 years of experience operating assembly and testing equipment and hold a B.E./B.Tech, Diploma, ITI, or any degree. Willingness to work in shifts is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations comply with safety, health and environmental regulations.

• Set up and operate automatic testing equipment for coil and assembly shops.
• Flexible role with rotating responsibilities.
• Adhere to quality standards and participate in Kaizen.

Job description

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Ensure that operations comply with the company's safety, health and environmental management regulations.


• Responsible for daily work in the assembly shop and coil shop requirements per direction/schedule


• Perform product assembly and basic equipment operation


• Set up and operate Winding machine, Spot welding machine, Molding machine.


• Set up and operate Automatic testing equipment for coil shop as well as Assembly shop.


• Position requires flexibility and may rotate responsibilities within position


• Adherence to all quality standards


• Actively involved in continuous improvement events such as Kaizen
