Job summary

NCC Group invites a Payroll Analyst to join our Manila team, handling semi-monthly Philippines payroll for ~300 staff and monthly payroll for Australia and Singapore. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and respond to employee payroll inquiries while collaborating with People Services and Finance.

The role requires knowledge of Philippine payroll legislation, exposure to AU/SG payroll, and familiarity with Workday or CloudPay.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Philippine payroll legislation and processes.
• Experience managing payroll in Australia and Singapore is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Workday would be an advantage.
• Experience with CloudPay or other third-party payroll vendors.
• Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise workload.
• Attention to detail and accurate reporting.
• Strong communication at all levels.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify all payroll data provided.
• Process semi-monthly Philippines payroll for ~300 employees.
• Process monthly payroll for Australia and Singapore (~60 employees).
• Reconcile payroll data for accuracy and compliance with legislation.
• Handle new starters and leavers per local regulations.
• Support year-end payroll activities (ITR consolidation, Alphalist).
• Meet tight deadlines and respond to employee inquiries.
• Collaborate with international payroll providers and Finance teams.
• Contribute to payroll process improvements and audits.
