Job summary

Delex Pharma International, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Assistant – Reliever to provide temporary support to the Accounting team and ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.

You will record transactions, prepare invoices and vouchers, manage data entry in Excel, monitor payables/receivables, assist with reconciliations and reporting, and keep orderly files while coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related course.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferably with relevant internship/OJT experience in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recording and processing daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare, check, and organize invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain accounting records using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist in monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support basic reconciliation of financial records and transactions.
• Assist in preparing accounting reports, schedules, and summaries.
• Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital accounting files.
• Check documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting, billing, and payment concerns.
• Provide general administrative support to the Accounting team.
