Private Advertiser in Bacoor, Cavite is seeking an Accounting Staff – Reliever to support the Accounting Department with day-to-day transactions and documentation on a temporary basis from October 2026 to January 2027. The role requires BS Accountancy or related degree, proficiency in MS Excel, and strong attention to detail.

You will handle invoices, vouchers, account reconciliations, and month-end tasks while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related course.
• With relevant accounting experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting transactions and documentation
• Prepare, check, and organize invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Encode and maintain accurate accounting records
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations
• Prepare accounting reports and schedules as assigned
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting documents
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned
