Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HRM or equivalent.
• 1 year recruitment experience in call center environment is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Recruitment team and support day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Ensure complete documentation and personnel files.
• Encode applicants into the database and assist at job fairs and off-site events.
