You will review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and document results in our ATS, ensuring a smooth candidate pipeline and a positive candidate experience. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Availability in July and being based in or near Davao are advantageous for this temporary engagement.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a call center environment is a plus.
• Must be available for a temporary engagement in July.
• Residing in or near Davao is highly advantageous.
