Job summary

VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) is seeking a recruitment professional to manage the end-to-end hiring process, from screening and interviewing candidates to coordinating with departments for final decisions.

The role includes preparing offers, handling pre-employment requirements, and maintaining recruitment records. The ideal candidate has a psychology/HR background, exposure to call center recruitment, and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• With at least 1 year experience in recruitment in a call center industry would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Knowledge of general recruitment processes and testing would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial / preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positions, majority of which are for Operations Associate.
• Coordinates with operations (or other departments concerned) for further interviews and final decision on hiring of qualified applicants.
• Prepares job offer letters and ensures completion of pre-employment requirements.
• Performs background reference checks and assists with interviews as needed.
• Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/ database.
• Undertakes task that may be assigned from time to time by the Recruitment Manager.
