Qualifications

• 1–3 years of telesales/telemarketing experience.
• Experience in telemarketing or telesales in any industry is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential corporate and individual customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Explore new markets and generate new business opportunities.
• Follow sales scripts while maintaining engaging and professional conversations.
• Build rapport with prospects, handle objections, and secure appointments.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the database.
• Prepare daily sales reports and monitor sales activities.
