You will drive revenue by outbound calling, communicating value, and building rapport with prospects. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Telemarketing/Telesales or related fields.
• Experience with outbound calling and using scripts to engage customers.
• English proficiency; knowledge of other dialects a plus (Ilonggo, Bisaya).
• Strong self-motivation, adaptability and initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and be target oriented.
• Willing to work in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, including new corporate and individual customers.
• Demonstrate how products address client needs and close sales.
• Explore new markets and opportunities to sell products and services.
• Use pre-written scripts to showcase products and learn client needs.
• Maintain high standards of communication and secure sales appointments for the team.
• Update and record customer information in the database.
• Create and maintain daily sales reports.
