Responsibilities

Recruit skilled sales professionals, including Telesales, Relationship/Account Managers, and Partner Sales Managers, with a focus on high-volume hiring.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for sales and telesales roles.
Source candidates through multiple channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
Design and implement effective screening and assessment methods.
Coordinate interviews and assessments while partnering closely with hiring managers.
Ensure timely and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Monitor hiring progress and track key recruitment metrics to drive results.
