Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager - Telesales

based in Quezon City. The Telesales will be responsible for generating sales

opportunities, contacting potential customers through outbound calls, and

promoting the company's products and services. Daily tasks include lead

generation, qualifying prospects, presenting product offerings, addressing

customer inquiries, following up on leads, and achieving individual sales

targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer

interactions and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer

experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related sales role
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
