Madjam Empower Solution Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a dynamic sales-focused individual for on-site roles. The position involves cold calling, handling inbound inquiries, and qualifying leads to match customer needs with our offerings.

You will process orders, manage payments, and address issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, with a preference for a bachelor’s in business, marketing, or communications, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is usually the minimum requirement.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred for corporate or banking roles.
• Computer literacy including basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Clear communication with a friendly and confident phone voice.
• Active listening to understand what the customer needs.
• Persuasion and negotiation to close sales and handle objections.

Responsibilities
